After an informative meeting with Aman Bandali, the owner of 7611 Jester Blvd, it became much more understandable as to the development that is planned for the property.
The rezoning is providing the Bandali family with more flexibility to build a small extension to his home for his mother as shown on the Floor Plan below the Survey Plat. Once that extension is completed, there will be very little usable area for further development, due to the extreme sloping terrain and environmental concerns.
The Bandali family are fond of the neighborhood and feel at home in the Jester neighborhood.
